Two people in the room, senior engineer and a junior engineer taking notes. Senior engineer asks all the questions and the junior hardly speaks. Senior engineer asks about work history and challenges faced. Several thought process questions about how one would respond to challenges.

Typically Interview process of 1 or 2 rounds depending on how far you make it in the process. First round was with my direct manager and my director. After that I interviewed with who would be fellow employees for them to ask me questions and for me to ask them. All in all it was a good way to get a feel for the employees but not so much the company.
