I was way over qualified for the position I was interviewing for. The person that called me was driving, disorganized, not ready to answer questions and honestly did not fully seem like they knew what they were doing based on how they described how the facility was being ran currently. I was not impressed.

I applied online and than filled out a job application. The shift lead introduced herself to me and interviewed me. After the interview she stated that there's room to grow in the company.
