Campaign Monitor Technical Support Specialist interview questions

Recruitment reached out via LinkedIn looking to gauge my interest in the role. Schedualed an informal 30min zoom call to discuss the role & company. Unfortunately the inteviewer was unable to answer a number of my questions regarding the systems used by support, progress pathways and training incentives. Despite my current seniority role visible on LinkedIn, the role ended up being for an 'entry level' position with a low balled salary. A lot of focus on talking up the 'culture' & onsite perks (chef etc), despite the role advertised as remote, not nearly enough information on what the role actually entailed. Was advised a follow up email would be sent that day, no follow up a week later.
