It started with an initial interview with a recruiter who kept in excellent communication with me through the whole process. Following an initial phone interview, I was brought in to meet with the manager and then the director of the department. For both in person interviews, the managers worked with my schedule. There was a bit of a delay in letting me know where I stood, but I attribute that to it being the holiday season. For the interviews, my interview with my future manager was a behavioral based interview and with the director was more of a conversation wit a few questions around my experience. I was provided insight on the good and the bad. Very transparent interview that was a positive experience.
