A very simple straight forward process. Interview lasted about an hour and wanted to know more about hobbies and outside activities and then what can you bring to the table.

Very casual conversation. Look for coachable people who are willing to learn. High energy and fun is what they want in the workplace. Have some knowledge on RV's since that is what you will be selling.
