Recruiter called to talk about the role and experience. Everything went great until the waiting game started. I emailed the corporate recruiter for any updates and I get no response the first time until I emailed her the second time. Said hiring manager is in a management training seminar and that's why it's taking a minute. One week goes by, she is silent. No word nothing. I only find out I wasn't going through the next round is when I logged in. No respect for other people's time and effort. Unprofessional. I guess she's still learning as she's still new she said.
