Interview
I sort of knew I had the job after about five minutes in the interview based on my previous experience. It was with a senior manager that was later terminated, but outwardly seemed cultured and experienced. He would later be demoted and then left on less than gracious circumstances. I also met with the Sales Manager, who has also since moved on. He was no nonsense and straight forward. I then met with the previous GM of the store and he seemed rather odd as he avoided eye contact, probably because he was lying in regards to salary expectations.
Quick tropical question about previous jobs, experience and availability. Covered the basic stuff. I had to wait for about 45 minutes past my scheduled interview time which made me late getting to work. I guess I should have scheduled 2 hours.
