Interview
It was a very enjoyable experience, to be very honest, one of the best I've ever been through, thanks in great measure, to Sasha Robinson in CampusLogic's talent department. From her first email to me, she was very encouraging and it made a big difference to me. To feel not an intimidating HR wall, but rather a welcoming and positive encourager, who not only wanted to find the best talent for the company, but who felt like she was on my side. It was utterly refreshing and it communicated to me all the more that CampusLogic was an organization that I wanted to work for. Additionally, though I cannot say whether another would have the same experience and despite my not landing the position I desired, I thanked Sasha for the wonderful treatment I experienced and, either for that courtesy or her innate kindness, she was kind enough to offer me help as a resource while I continue to look for the right writing position.

Interview
I applied online and received an email from People Ops Manager, Sasha Robinson, which detailed what to expect during the interview process. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept in constant communication, providing updates on my application status. I was asked to send over some previous work samples for review and quickly moved to a 1:1 phone interview with the CPO, followed by additional phone interviews with the Director of Brand Strategy, VP of Marketing, CRO and Director of People Ops.
I was unable to make it on-site to interview since I was an out-of-state applicant, so they were very flexible in helping me navigate the process remotely. I had several Skype interviews with key stakeholders and the rest of the marketing team for my final round.
Throughout each round, every person I spoke with focused on a different part of the hiring process—some asking about culture fit, others about specific previous work experience. Everyone was super friendly and really seemed to enjoy both the company and their role. I've never interviewed at a company where I got to speak with so many members of the leadership team, which showed how much they care about finding the right fit. The interview process was great and I would definitely recommend CampusLogic to others!

Interview
I was impressed by the company even though I didn't make it past an inquiry. The HR liaison was friendly and passed along word on my shortcomings. The oddest thing was the online response repeating "awesome" for a copywriter. I don't know whether this was to emphasize the awesomeness or to show how badly they needed a copywriter.
