One phone interview with People Ops, One in Person Interview with People Ops (knew it was a bad sign when it was supposed to be with a second person and they never showed)
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CampusLogic (Chandler, AZ) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process is quite lengthy, about 1-1/2 months long. They really are thorough with who they try to interview. I first had a phone screening with the internal recruiter. A week later I had a phone call from the head manager of the department. Two weeks later I heard from the recruiter that they wanted to bring me in for an in-person interview, which was the final round. I was also pinned up against another candidate. The in-person interview was 2 hours long and met with 6 different people. Definitely be prepared to answer well and give examples. The interview questions were less conversational and felt almost as an interrogation process. Although, I did not get the position I appreciated their communication through out the whole journey.
The reason I did not get the position was due to the other candidate having more experience. It's a bit discouraging to find out that the other candidate didn't in fact have much experience and was a recent college graduate. I suggest for this company to really consider diversity!

Question 1
What are the stages on implementing a marketing campaign?

Interview
The Interview and Hiring Process is well structured, albeit a little stressful, but that's true for any hiring opportunity. Leticia, Kaitlyn, and Alexia do an amazing job of shepherding you through each phase (Phone Interview > In-Person > Demo > Final Team Interview).
Bonus Advice: The emails the People Ops Team will send you will outline EXACTLY how to nail each stage of your hiring journey. Just "showing up" will not see you advance to the next stage.

Question 1
What is the difference between Customer Service and Customer Success?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CampusLogic (Chandler, AZ)
Interview
The interview process was quite long and difficult to coordinate with a current job. It took a lot of effort to schedule interviews as they were in-person. The group panels were fun to meet everyone, but they did most of the talking and in the end, I didn't feel like I really got to express myself and didn't get to ask the majority of the questions that I had for the team and leadership. The HR team that I interfaced with was awesome and easy. But it takes a really long time with a lot of steps. I can understand their process to a degree, but it got to be just too much that I was starting to lose interest and the gumption to keep going.
