Initial screening interview with HR Director, followed up by a quick turn-around in person 3+ hour interview with a handful of individuals. Then, crickets thereafter until a generic 'moving in a different direction' email from HR after I finally reached out to follow up. I followed up asking for some specific feedback, but no response from HR. After spending over 3 hours in their office going through the interview process, the respectful thing would have been to pick up the phone and at least attempt to call. In hindsight, I know now where I went wrong, as they re-posted the position with a different title, one that I specifically said I wasn't interested in moving into in the future. That specific feedback would have been welcomed if HR would have had the courage to pick up the phone to share with me directly.
