Camunda interview questions

I applied online, and after a month or so, had an interview. The recruiter was 6 weeks at the company, and the screen had the typical questions one would expect at this round. However, the recruiter never closed the loop which is simply unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. This company is a complete joke when it comes to hiring. They drag candidates through exhausting rounds, make them solve complex system-wide problems that take hours of unpaid effort, and then shamelessly reject people saying they’re “moving forward with an internal candidate.” If the role was already fixed for an internal hire, why waste everyone’s time by posting it publicly? The entire process feels fake and dishonest from the beginning. Zero respect for candidates, terrible communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. The recruiters and EMs act arrogant while running one of the most disorganized and frustrating interview processes imaginable. And honestly, after seeing how they operate internally, it’s not surprising their product feels outdated and stuck in the past. The culture clearly reflects in the quality of the company itself. Save yourself the stress and avoid interviewing here unless you enjoy wasting your time and energy for nothing.
