Canon Business Process Services Manager interview questions

Multiple interviews with various people including senior management and clients. The role was well defined. Expectations were provided in great detail. Was asked to talk through my resume while answering situational and behavioral questions. Was also asked to give list examples of software and technology I've previously worked with. From initial interview to job offer, the process to a little over a month, although scheduling conflicts might have delayed things a bit. Background check was thorough (including drug test) took about a week to clear but timing might vary depending on several factors in your employment and personal history. Everything was done through an online portal which made things quite convenient. Overall I'm very pleased with the experience.
