Applied for another position (can't remember which one) but never heard back from them. Then one day I got a call saying they had kept my file and wanted to know if I was interested in their content creator position. After I said yes, I had a phone screening scheduled. After the phone screening was the interview at their HQ. The interview itself was with the manager of the department and an HR person.
