Two phone calls from an HR professional, with great attitude and professionalism. Second and final round was an interview with the same HR professional as well as the manager that would be working with the candidate. Out of more than 10 questions, only one was marketing related, the others were all HR boilerplate questions. Definitely a space for improving.
