Canon U.S.A. Account Representative interview questions

I applied online through the website and heard back from the HR Recruiter about 2 weeks later. We had a general phone interview and then set up an in-person interview that consisted of two people in HR, and then the hiring manager. Then I was contacted for a second in-person interview where I had a job-shadow that took about half the day, where I went out with a rep. After I got back from the job-shadow I met with the director, that I would be reporting to, and had about a hlaf-hour interview and was offered the position on the spot.

The process of getting a sales job consisted of three interviews. The first was a phone interview with the HR director. That was very basic and pretty easy. The second was a 1 on 1 with the HR director and that was a little more in depth, but still not that intense. The last part was a 1 on 1 with your potential manager and a branch director. This was about a 2 hour process that I would rate a 3.5 out of 5 on a difficulty scale.
