Canonical Customer Success Manager interview questions

I received an email requesting for a 2 page statement highlighting my views in the B2B SaaS space, specifically answering 4 questions. As you can imagine, a 2 page essay would take a considerable amount of time and effort to craft. After submitting it, I received no feedback other than a generic email that they're not moving forward with me. If you're not serious about your candidates, please don't waste their time by getting them to do such inane tasks. No one appreciates this level of unprofessionalism from a recruiting team.
