The interview process helped me reflect on my journey and and e me question if I'm eligible, smart move. There was an essay writing or written assessment round where I write a 17 Page essay ad was let go. It was a takeaway, I got to reflect on my journey from school to my recent job.

The interview process was overly drawnout and repetitive. After applying, you're prompted to complete a writing assignment with 30+ questions focused on your high school experiences. Afterwards, you're scheduled for 5+ interviews who have not shared their feedback with one another.

I did not get to speak to an actual person, but I enjoyed answering the questions they sent over to write in essay form. It gave me time to reflect on my career and the choices made and reflect on what I want it to look like moving forward. It was some sort of therapy, honestly.
