Sent in cover letter and CV online, VP of Marketing was very quick to reply to me and asked to provide a short essay on a couple of topic relating to Marketing/Tech/Cloud Computing. After that I had a quick call with HR to discuss the role, followed by some online tests (personality and logical reasoning tests), and finally an interview with the VP of Marketing. The overall process was very long and unclear, took almost 3 months and I was not given feedback on any of it. Seemed like they would just ask me for more and more stuff out of no where. Not very impressed, the people I spoke to were all very nice but I get the impression they are not too concerned about candidate's time.
