Interview
It all started with standardized tests and was followed by several rounds of interviews.
1. Standardized tests.
2. Several rounds of interviews.
Everyone I spoke with was nice and professional. The company has high standards and is careful about who it hires. The process is time consuming but professional. There is constant encouragement from the hiring team to continue with the process. For me, the process from start to rejection took about three months. I think that if I had interviewed until I got an offer, it would have taken six months. Even the post rejection feedback was an extensive survey. I applaud the effort that the company and the candidates put in. The high quality of hires drives the success of the company and cutting corners here is just not an option. I think that it should continue the extensive process so that it can maintain high standards.

Interview
Awful! Do not waste your time on their interview process. You are asked to write an essay, aptitude test, coding test and many more. Out of the blue you get a rejection email with NO FEEDBACK on any stage.
