Very strange and detached interview process. Went through several rounds including written interview and psychometric assessments without ever talking to someone live. Written interview included several questions about high school which is just odd for someone with significant experience. Seems clear they are either not people focused or don't have confidence in judging people based on real engagement vs an oddly impersonal process. Would not recommend engaging, given the market today better to find a place with real human beings that are willing and unafraid to talk to you.
