I applied online. I interviewed at Canonical in Jun 2022
Interview
Don't waste your time - Hiring process is an absolute joke.
You receive an email from a VP asking to answer many questions in writing, feels like nobody even screened the CV.
Of course, to answer this weird set of questions you'll have to invest hours, especially of research, without having talked with anybody from their side before.
Thanks but NO THANKS.
Hiring process is a 2 way streets.
STAY AWAY!

Interview
A farce. Pathetic excuse for an ‘interview’. For a role that is meant to be people-centric and focused on leading people, there were 3 stages I participated in but not once interacted with anyone at Canonical. Really don’t waste your time.

Question 1
Never spoke to anyone. But they make you CJ plate an 8 page case study. And if you ‘pass’ then you have to perform an hour long psychoschematic test.
