The bots and IA they use to select candidates discards good candidates. One of the worst experiences I have trying to enter in a company where I met 90% of the requirements.

Interview
Probably the worst and most bizarre interview process I have ever seen. The first step in the process is a written assessment. During this assessment, they ask you to answer multiple questions. For some reason, they ask you many questions about your experience in high school. Like, did you do well in math, what hobbies did you have, how did you rank, etc. Why are they asking questions about high school??? It makes no sense.
Interview questions [5]
Question 1
How did you fare in high school mathematics, physical sciences, and computing? Which were strengths and which were most enjoyable? How did you rank, competitively, in them?
What sort of high school student were you? Outside of class, what were your interests and hobbies? What would your high school peers remember you for, if we asked them?
Quite pleasant it was great meeting people in the company. Long and a lot to do but I can understand why.
As for everything you can prepare yourself if you really truly care about joining the company. Though this is just my experience.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Canonical (Emeabiam) in Nov 2024
Interview
lengthy, exhaustive and ended up being a waste of time (25 hours or so). Had gone through psychometrics and 5 interviews and then suddenly- sorry - no longer going through with your application - NO feedback why.
