Strange interview process. They first make you go through a written test. The questions were quite varied but straightforward for the most part. You then take an IQ test. I thought I did well but I failed. It felt like a strange way to test how well someone is as a product designer or how they will fit culturally. The worst part of it all is I don't know where I fell short. There was no feedback.
