Interview
- First, there is a questionnaire with lots of useless questions like "What kind of student were you in high school?" and many other relating to your grades in high school and university.
- After that, there I did a psychometrics assessment basically an "IQ" test.
- then, I got a technical assessment. I had to build an API with certain functionality.
- Then, I got to speak with a real person. He asked me various questions about my resume past roles etc.
- After that, I get another interview with a developer who asked my technical questions about python, GO, Kubernetes, etc.
- After that an HR interview
- After that another technical interview.
- After that nothing for two weeks, so I email them and got a generic "you weren't selected" response.
- No feedback at all. People who interviewed me are really nice during the interview and ghosted me after. Nothing from hiring manager either.
I am not saying that I am entitled to a job but surely after that many interviews and time wasted, there should be some feedback on where I am lacking and where I can improve.

Build a basic API which can store username, time and text data in a database.
Brutally long and difficult. They take their time so only apply if you have time and are dedicated to open source tech.
That being said they are very communicative so if you have any questions its not such a black box.

They'll ask for specific niche aspects of coding languages to check if you actually use them day to day.
It's an extremely long process that includes standardized tests, take home assignments, and several rounds of interviews. It was at least 5 rounds long and you interview across different teams.

Interview
They have a really long, tiring interview process. The first round was a written interview where I had to answer like 15 questions. Then a coding interview with 1 hour time that I could do anytime for 2 weeks. Then I had to take a personality test and they totally ghosted me.
