Extensive written interview including high school achievements, university experiences, professional work experiences, and role specific questions. Followed by a coding assessment consisting of 2 questions in a competitive programming style.
They sent me about 25 questions that I had to give written answers to and sed it back to them. The questions were about my experience, education, projects, and also ideas about there company.
