Just to apply they ask you for your grades/how you did in high school, and then ask you to provide proof of how you did. This is an irrelevant question since most people have been out of high school a minimum of 5 years based on the job requirements.
What strikes me most though is that of each of the three times I've applied is 30 hours later I get rejected. It doesn't matter if it's a weekend or the middle of the night, I get a notification that I'm no longer being considered. I wonder then if the jobs they are posting are ghost jobs, to me it seems very likely.

Brutally long and difficult. They take their time so only apply if you have time and are dedicated to open source tech.
That being said they are very communicative so if you have any questions its not such a black box.

It's an extremely long process that includes standardized tests, take home assignments, and several rounds of interviews. It was at least 5 rounds long and you interview across different teams.
