Expecting a written assessment and psychometric assessment, both of which take a good amount of time before even speaking to a candidate is bad practice. Have some more respect for candidate time. Also I was informed that if I had completed this, there would be multiple further interviews and no direct feedback.

1 interview test which you need to answer around 20 questions which takes around three hours and they are mostly about what happened in your high school and your grades.
Then an IQ test with some games of numbers and shapes to see how smart you are.
