Multiple Stage technical with extremely lengthy literature essay. Application rejected without follow up or explanation. Hardly seems appropriate given the amount of work for an application. Would advice at least creating some feedback mechanism to offer areas of improvement
Horrible, Waste of time... huge process for nothing in the end, Made a project and everything end up not liking I did not did some extra stuff they did not even indicate in the project description,,,
It was really weird - I applied on Saturday morning and received a reply that they do things differently and that senior managers across the company consider every application. And next day on Sunday morning I received a no-reply notification that my application was reviewed and would not be processed for this particular role. Do you guys work through weekends?
