Canonical Junior Software Engineer interview questions

Applied online. I received (automatically) the next step which is a written interview. Then you will get an email from an engineer explaining how their hiring process is different etc. I completed the written interview, which was a long list of short answer questions and waited. I followed up on the email and still no response a week later. It's very unprofessional to request such a document and make it seem like an engineer will be looking at your submission when in fact you hear nothing. Big waste of my time.
