The interview process with CapCenter was great, they were quick in communication. It began with applying for an opening via Indeed. After around 1 week, I was contacted by one of their recruiters/talent acquisition agents. They asked general screening questions, but described the company and were extremely friendly and kind. Around 1-2 weeks later, they invited me in for an interview which was a longer interview (4 people) [Technical, Case, Behavioral, Behavioral]. Everyone was really informative, kind. The conversation with everyone was great, around a week later, I found out I got the position. Overall, very fast interview process, if you're a good fit and technical, they should not waste any time bringing you onboard due to "small company perks".
