Interview
An initial call followed by three rounds. All were very enjoyable, down-to-earth conversations, with competency and case study-based interview questions. The final round was in person (with a Partner). The sequence and structure of the interviews were clearly communicated and arranged as soon as it was possible. There was also a CMPI test.

What was the most challenging project you have delivered and why was it so?
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
