I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capco (Hong Kong) in Jun 2016
Interview
Interviewed with HR first, then have 1:1 interviews with Principal Consultants, then group interviews followed by meeting senior management. I enjoyed meeting with all interviewers as I can learn and ask more about the company as well as their personal experience with the company and as a consultant. Although the interview process is a bit long, I still enjoyed meeting with all interviewers as they are very nice and sincere.

Interview
The process started with an initial recruiter conversation, followed by technical interviews covering coding, system design, and architecture. The final round was with senior leadership and focused on consulting skills, communication, stakeholder management, and previous project experience. The interviewers were professional and approachable, and the discussions felt conversational rather than interrogative. There was a slight delay in scheduling the final interview, but communication throughout the process was clear.
I've gone through four interview stages, a personality test, which I always find a bit awkward, had to submit a portfolio of projects Ive worked on, and prepare a deck and deliver a 15-min presentation to the partners
I applied through other source. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Capco (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Apr 2026
Interview
I had several meetings with different leaders. Some interviews felt transactional while others created real connection. I'd describe it as very conversational where the questions come up in a more natural way. I did a "case" and prepared a presentation for the partner team.
