I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capco in Sep 2013
Interview
Three interviews with various partners at their offices. A lot of the interview was a 'sales job' of the uniqueness of company. Partners made a great play in outlining the ambitions of the company.

Question 1
Why do you want to join Capco?
What area of FS are your specialisms?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capco
Interview
The process started with an initial recruiter conversation, followed by technical interviews covering coding, system design, and architecture. The final round was with senior leadership and focused on consulting skills, communication, stakeholder management, and previous project experience. The interviewers were professional and approachable, and the discussions felt conversational rather than interrogative. There was a slight delay in scheduling the final interview, but communication throughout the process was clear.
I've gone through four interview stages, a personality test, which I always find a bit awkward, had to submit a portfolio of projects Ive worked on, and prepare a deck and deliver a 15-min presentation to the partners
I applied through other source. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Capco (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Apr 2026
Interview
I had several meetings with different leaders. Some interviews felt transactional while others created real connection. I'd describe it as very conversational where the questions come up in a more natural way. I did a "case" and prepared a presentation for the partner team.
