I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Capco (Zürich) in Jan 2017
Interview
After application I was interviewed in three rounds. Firstly I interviewed with a Capco partner to discuss my motivation to join the firm and the skills that I wanted to offer. Secondly, I interviewed with the HR recruiter to determine my suitability within the firm and underwent all traditional HR scrutiny questions. Lastly I interviewed with a senior project lead within the firm to assess how I might actually fit into a typical team and typical lone-scenario as a consultant. This was also an opportunity to further test some of my particular client-facing skills as well as my character and suitability for the role.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.

Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
