Interview
Initial 40 min interview with HR (previously had a 15min telephone interview) followed by 45 min interview with one of their senior consultants followed by the case study which I did on my own, they did give me the option to come back to do the case study if I wanted to.

Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
