2.Got selected for role.
3. Got a offer letter.
4.Accepted offer letter.
5. visa processing started according to HR
6. No updates for HR for 1 week then I followed up, HR they are working on offer letter
7. 2 weeks gone I again followed with HR and he said, he is working on it.
8. after 3 weeks again I did follow-up, now HR knew they need to tell me the hidden intention, now they said they can't hire visa candidates.
9. I have already mentioned to Capco recruiter and he said company going to sponsor.
I feel waste of time and energy
It was a three-round interview process: an initial technical interview, followed by a second-stage case study and a final partner interview. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Jun 2026
Interview
Highly structured three-stage experienced hire process with rapid commercial vetting.
The recruitment track at Capco was efficient, consisting of three sequential stages:
Screening Round: Initial 1-hour interview focused on core background matching and alignment with domain offerings.
Use Case Assessment: An in-person case study presentation lasting 90 minutes.
Final Managing Partner Round: A high-pressure, rapid-fire 30-minute discussion focused heavily on commercial value articulation, managing transformation delivery, and navigating technical or stakeholder legacy constraints.
The onboarding team transitioned very smoothly into the digital background vetting phase immediately following the verbal offer.
