I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Apr 2015
Interview
3 stage interview (Case study, HR, Senior Principal Consultant) with the usual questions. Senior Principal Consultant gave the impression that he did not want to be there and went through the questions with very little interest. The lady from HR was much better suited for the interview.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years, why Capco etc.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
