I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capco
Interview
FIVE STARS. I was contacted via LinkedIn to interview for the US Insurance team. In the beginning of the process on the phone screening l spoke with Emma from HR who was very kind and professional and I gave her my expected salary. I then moved to two back to back 30 min interviews with a PC and SC with whom I was extremely impressed. Convos went very well, was moved onto the case study round with an MP. Case Study wasn’t extremely difficult, hardest part was putting my ideas/findings into a 30 min presentation. Within 1-2 days of the case study, I was contacted by Danielle in HR, who was also extremely kind and professional, and we set up a call and I received the offer - which was EXACTLY what I had said I originally expected. I accepted on that call. They didn’t BS around and neither did I - no need for negotiation when they hit your expected salary. Everyone I spoke with in HR and Consulting was extremely professional, prompt, and made the interview experience a joy. I had been through a few rounds with other companies who were vague about compensation, and seemed like they were trying to get me for as cheap as possible. Really frustrating when you put the effort and hours of prep for three rounds to figure out you got a job that never would have interviewed for in the first place if they were clear about comp - they should take lessons from Capco’s HR team. Can’t say enough great things about the HR team and the Consulting team, and after being at Capco for a month now, I am thrilled with the decision. If you can’t build a career here, you can’t build a career anywhere. Highly recommended.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Jun 2026
Interview
Highly structured three-stage experienced hire process with rapid commercial vetting.
The recruitment track at Capco was efficient, consisting of three sequential stages:
Screening Round: Initial 1-hour interview focused on core background matching and alignment with domain offerings.
Use Case Assessment: An in-person case study presentation lasting 90 minutes.
Final Managing Partner Round: A high-pressure, rapid-fire 30-minute discussion focused heavily on commercial value articulation, managing transformation delivery, and navigating technical or stakeholder legacy constraints.
The onboarding team transitioned very smoothly into the digital background vetting phase immediately following the verbal offer.

Question 1
"Describe your strategy experience in data or AI strategies in financial infrastructure environments."
"How do you handle a scenario where a transformation deployment faces active pushback from a client's legacy team?"

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
