The process is split into 4 stages, the first being a general introduction call check by a member of the recruitment team to understand a bit about who you are and know a bit more about the role. The second stage is a business interview and this was a more in depth call about how you work and handle different scenarios with projects and people. The next interview was a case study where you will need to apply what you know to a scenario not previously seen and present back your recommendations with rationale (also be prepared to be questioned on your thinking and explanations). Lastly is the partner interview where you can ask more about the company structure, the direction of the organisation and the work being done. At every stage it's important to showcase your skills but the last stage is a great opportunity to collate all that you've gathered in the previous stages and show how you meet the criteria of the role.

Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
