Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth and well structured. It took about 6 weeks from first contact by a senior recruiter to a job offer being sent. There were three rounds of interviews - business interview to ask about my experience and previous projects, then case study interview with Principal consultant and a final interview with director. Most questions are relevant to my experiences.
Each individual I encountered was very nice and helpful throughout the process. I am excited to start my new career journey at Capco.

Question 1
How do you handle number of stakeholders with different points of views?
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.

Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
