The interview was incredibly informal and enjoyable, making it feel more like a conversation than a formal assessment. Most of the questions were non-technical, which allowed me to showcase my personality and soft skills rather than just my technical knowledge. I appreciated the constructive feedback they provided throughout the discussion; it really helped me understand their perspective and how I might fit into their team. Overall, it was a refreshing experience that left me feeling optimistic
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
