Overall very positive experience. The entire process takes 8 weeks from the day i received the hr screening call to the offer call. Due to the technical role that I'm applying for the first two rounds are with the proposition leaders (two MP) who oversee two different areas that the team focuses on and I'm specialised in. A case study with a MP testing your general knowledge of team management and understanding of consultancy. Final round with the global partner who is very supportive, positive and nice to chat with.

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.

The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
