It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.

Consisted of three rounds with increasing levels of Interviewer seniority, with the first round being with a Principal consultant and the next rounds being a case study and the final round being an interview with directors of the firm

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
