To address your points, Capco has a range of different projects and teams working with top tier clients, and when interviewing candidates, we aim to provide as much context as possible for a role. Interviewing is a mutual process, so as much as candidates are interviewing us and seeing if we are right for them, we also want to get a feeling for what they can contribute to Capco. Our culture is a fast changing and entrepreneurial one, people that succeed here will be people who want to make an impact, therefore we will often try to find out where a candidate feels that they can add value. This is with a view to setting them up for success. Our leaders typically come from management consulting backgrounds, including Big Four and other well-known firms. Because we are a business where consulting meets technology, we also have some people with expertise in IT/Tech and Digital projects. They may have less in-depth knowledge of financial services, however they were hired for their deep SME knowledge in related areas.
