Interview
Is a very fair process with very fair people that are integrated into the panel. They are employees of the EMS system that knows the needs for the system to improve.
Basic. Felt very informal. There was a physical exam prior to the actual interview. Overall, the process was easy. The questions were not difficult for the most part. It was not a group interview per se, but there were multiple people interviewing back to back .
