      A fuir ! Gros manque d'éthique dans le process de recrutement ! Le Manager m'a fait attendre plusieurs heures après l'heure de rdv prévue, puis lors de l'entretien cela n'a été que discrimination et mépris de sa part. Le Manager est en fait un Commercial qui n'a pas cherché pas à connaître mes motivations et ma personnalité et je n'ai jamais pu évoquer ni mes motivations ni ma personnalité. Entretien très inintéressant, qui m'a fait perdre mon temps et qui donne une très mauvaise image de l'entreprise.

      En me criant dessus : "Quel est votre âge ?" J'ai répondu à la question puis la réponse du Manager a été : "Pffiououou !!! Qu'est-ce que vous êtes vieux pour le poste !!!"
