After initial screening. HR scheduled Technical and HR discussion. Interview process was smooth. HR person supported and guided well. After final discussion documention completed on portal on which documentation was easy and user friendly. Overall experience of interview process with Capgemini was good.

I had a smooth interview process, where I had a clear procedure, regular follow ups, timely updates from the recruiting team and ample guidance to the tasks that were assigned to me which lead the process effortless and smooth.

It was walk-in. There were 2 rounds of technical interview and final one was with the HR. The onboarding process including document submission, filling up online forms till offer release was also smooth. The HR SPOC was very supportive.
