Day started with meeting the other candidates during the online assessment day. First task was discussing a scenario within a project situation where a problem occurred. We would discuss as a group different approaches and solutions to the problem to then create a presentation to the interviewers on the problem and how to approach it as a team, explaining the possible outcomes. Next and final stage was an individual interview with one of the seniors in the team, discussing your background, interests and how you link with the company. Finally some questions regarding the understanding of the role.
