The interview process consisted of two rounds i.e., one with the internal panel and the second with the client. Each round lasted around an hour. The HR team explained the process clearly and ensured timely communication, informing us about the schedule at least 30 minutes in advance. The interviews covered both technical questions and coding queries. Overall, the process was transparent, structured, and well-organized. It was a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to interview with Capgemini.
