Extended hiring process for a short-term opportunity. I was contacted by HelloKindred for a 3-month project role, with the possibility of extension or direct hire by Capgemini. As the agency operates internationally, payroll timing and local tax handling were part of the arrangement.
The process lasted around 1.5 months and included four interviews (a fifth was planned but didn’t take place), plus an assessment. The recruiter remained professional and communicative throughout.
Two interviews were with the hiring manager and one with a member of his team, focusing on experience, work style, and cultural fit. The assessment was submitted between the second and third interviews and received positive feedback. I was informed the final step would be a VP interview, but after some time without updates, the process concluded with another candidate being selected.
